We all know of the large number of products that we offer, many of which are existing products that are still in great demand. We have therefore decided to create 3D PARTSFINDER™ and WIREFINDER™ for many existing products, as well as new products.

3D PARTSFINDER™
We have been talking for quite some time about the need for exploded view drawings in order to support our products on a more professional level.

We were pleased to introduce not only exploded drawings of the MAC III Profile but a 3D exploded view that enables an even better visual solution for identifying parts.

Going forward, our plan is to develop 3D exploded views of many of our newer products. To date, PARTSFINDER is available for the MAC III Profile, MAC 401 Dual and LC Plus and will soon be available for many other newer products, as well as existing products such as the MAC 2000 and MAC 700 series.

WIREFINDER™
We are also happy to inform you that we have created a solution that enables you to easily locate the relevant wire set and part no. called WIREFINDER™.

So far we have finalized these new product support tools for the MAC III Profile, MAC 700 series and MAC 2000 series, which have been released on our support website. We will continue to release these tools for products as we get them done.
